High-temperature materials chemistry

Job description
  • Management of the High-Temperature Materials Chemistry working group
  • Presentation of the working group nationally and internationally
  • Experimental work:
    • on interim storage of fuel elements
    • on high-temperature behavior of materials for the energy industry in the HGF program NUSAFE
  • Project management
Personal qualification
  • You have a university degree (Master) in the field of materials science with a completed doctorate
  • Experience in group and project management
  • Very good knowledge of materials science as well as experience with the following methods High-temperature thermal analysis (TG, DTA), mass spectrometry, metallography, XRD, SEM-EDX, EBSD
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Basic knowledge of nuclear facilities
